- We only accept payment through Maybank, CIMB and Bank Islam. No. accounts for payment will be provided via email after we confirm your order.
- Full payment is required for all orders either ready stock or pre-order to avoid cancellation of orders at the last minute. Cancellation is not allowed or payment will not be returned.
- For pre-order products, cancellations can occur if the plant fails to supply the products as promised. If this happens, we will refund the payment made by the customer.
- Pre-order products are also at risk of delay. Customers who are not prepared to deal with this risk are not encouraged to make a reservation.
- Currently, only delivery made on Friday and Saturday only (excluding Saturday the first week).
- Products have been delivered are not refundable. Make sure you make the right choice. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
- All products will be packed carefully before delivery. Any damage / loss during shipping is not our responsibility.
